Custom-Made Products
Items made to order — based on your specific measurements, chosen model, or custom color that is not part of our standard collection — cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process
Return Period:
You have 14 working days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligible Products:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
If the MM The Label box is damaged or improperly packaged upon return, a fee of 15 RON will be applied.
Return Form:
Inside your package, you’ll find a return form with all the necessary details for sending your product back.

Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly shipped by us.
Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size or product, please complete the return form, check the “Exchange Product / Exchange Size” option, include the form in your package, and send it back to us.
